Nike’s recent experiment with tartan prints on some of their most iconic models continues, as after the Air Max 1 received a special makeover courtesy of the patterned fabric, the Air Force 1 Low is the next classic silhouette in line for the unique treatment. A premium white tumbled leather is used as the base, while the print arrives on the upper’s raised seams — red on the forefoot and yellow on the midfoot/heel — trading out the wild and colorful look used on the AM1 for a more toned-down take on tartan. The shoe is then completed with a white leather tongue patch and a classic white Air Force 1 midsole/outsole.
