Description
Originally supposed to release as part of the Beaverton brand’s BeTrue Pride collection, the Blue Multi is slated for a later release in the year. Inspired by vintage runners from the 1970s, it combines OG features with avant garde elements including suede panelling that’s been haphazardly placed along the mesh upper and an oversized tongue that introduces a touch of deconstruction to the silhouette. An underlaid Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial side panels in a rainbow hue to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, and this is extended towards the back pull tab.
Down below, you’ll find a fully reworked Air midsole that emphasises the cushioned bubble, and to take things back to its retro roots, it’s been lined with a slither of gum rubber, finalising the design.
